Our new topic is called Next Stop... and is all about transport. Just in case of break downs we have opened up our very own garage, overalls at the ready!!

We’ve had a great week, building boats, mazes, writing risk assessments, oh and a little visit from OfstedπŸ€«πŸ€—
We have been enjoying some indoor and outdoor maths this week (and fixed a few oil leaks as well🀭)!

Our last week of term, we’ve enjoyed reading Oliver’s Milkshake, and had great fun making and drinking our own!πŸŽπŸ“πŸŒπŸ‰πŸ¨πŸ₯›πŸ₯€

After reading Oliver’s Fruit Salad, we had a go at making one, it was delicious!
New Year...new classroom displays! We’re loving our Yummy Scrummy Topic, from Hedgehog Drinks outside in the mud kitchen to hotdogs and cupcakes inside in our American Diner, as long as we don’t get tummy ache like the Very Hungry Caterpillar.πŸŽπŸπŸ“πŸŠπŸ§€πŸ¦πŸ°πŸπŸ§πŸ›

A super exciting week, starting with a bang on Bonfire Night and ending with the thrill of playing with all our new outdoor equipment.

A huge thank you to the Big Lottery Fund, Pentagon Play (to all the parents and children who contributed to the consultation process) who helped make this fantastic improvement to our outdoor area possible.

Here is a selection of this weeks highlights.πŸ˜€

Well, what a fabulous first week back, just in time for a spooky week of Halloween activities.  We have been learning all about the letters o, g and c, and got to eat some ghost shaped crumpets!  We built tall towers up to the ceiling and pyramids after reading about Meg and Mog’s adventures in Egypt, we even tried making some real life mummies.  We had great fun making exploding potions in science and had a super dressing up day before the spooktacular Halloween party.
Welcome back, everyone! We hope you had a lovely summer. We are starting of the new year with the topic 'My Family and Me'.
This week it’s been all about the number three, the letters i and n and science in the water tray!
Another fantastic week at school, we have learnt our first letter sound S, investigated our names, had lots of fun with maths and celebrated a very special birthday🐻
